I just love how Facebook not only keeps me connected to my friends and family, but also allows me to connect and stay in touch with my Mary's friends too. Mary was loved so much and is missed by many. It's sweet to see a random FB post where Mary is being honored and missed by her friends she left behind.
This one touch my heart - her friend Stephanie drew a love note to Mary, posted it on FB and sent balloons up into the sky.
I can't believe it... Kelsey is going off to college soon! She had a blast at the 2 day orientations.....I am so very proud of her. We all are - I know her mom will be with her always wherever she is. Kelsey connects her mom with the beach and going to college where the beach surrounds her brings comfort to her soul.
RED is the neighborhood stray cat that has somehow survived the brutal winter of NY this year... never letting anyone near him..... Until one day about 4 weeks ago - he let me take off the old flea collar on him that was choking him. Since then he's adopted me. He's friendly with all the cats and even Boo. I wanted to get him taken care of so with the help of my neighbors, we got him vet checked, shots and neutered. My friend Stephanie in the complex agreed to keep him in her apt until we move to our house....
Then, on Fathers Day:
Well RED escaped and ventured back to my apartment...... guess he's claimed me! Sorry about the window Steph .... I'll get it fixed! Fun lil synch: the vet didn't know his Bday so they chose a date: 12/7-----THATS my DADS BDAY! Lol - fun sign that Red is supposed to be mine!
I was looking through a few pictures I have of my dad - to post on face book tomorrow in honor of Fathers Day. For some reason this one stood out and picked itself. With Mary to my left and my dad to my right - my two angels in my arms here!
We were saying our goodbyes the day after Kelseys' Birthday and Graduation and I realized I had one more gift to give her.......a "just for giggles" seahorse ring I had been saving for her. It was given to me for her from our friend Danielle who has never met Kelsey or Mary, but became friends with me through synchronicity.
It was such a celebration having all of her mom's family with her!!
It wouldn't be a complete trip without a sign from above to show Mary has been with us the whole time.
Kelsey got lots of seahorse gifts for her Birthday - the seahorse is a love she inherited from her mom -
How appropriate that my mom & I saw this truck on our way out of Beaumont!
This was our Mary Sign!
(if you add all these numbers on this truck - they equal 11 - our angel number!)
