Life's greatest pains can bring the most enlightening answers to life's biggest questions.
This is a blog dedicated to my dear sister Mary who had so much to live for and so much to give ~ she gave all she had and it is all treasured now... until we see again.

A Little Red Bird
Through pain a light shined down and comforted me with signs, synchronicities, visits, divine connections and a true sense of hope - of a knowing!
A Little Red Bird started it all.

Death and Peace
I do not fear death & the eternal. I am comforted in the knowing that this is just the beginning. Death is not the opposite of life, life has no opposite. The opposite of death is birth. When my time here is done, I will be ready for the beauty and glory that awaits me. This awareness allows me to live with pure love and peace in my heart and to focus on what matters most in this world.

LRB Chirps
Through adversity we live! We not only survive, we thrive. Because of this challenge we call adversity we have grown our endurance for pain, we conquered and have this thing we call wisdom. For this we should be proud. We should share our wisdom always for it may save someone from unnecessary pain, warm a broken heart with Hope or let a person know they are not alone!

Unlock The Power Of Manifesting
Change-Gratitude
The true power of gratitude is in
finding gratitude in the most difficult and darkest areas of one's life.
Feeling gratitude for the everyday obvious things is not enough and only just
the beginning. Gratitude must extend to the parts of our lives where we
find the most struggle and pain. The things that really hurt us the most.
When we can be honest and
indentify the sources of our pain and struggle we then can become aware that
those issues that we carry are not really a part of us. Instead they are
ideals that we behold to that we created out an idea of self that we have
always been trying to live up to.
Once you realize that those very
issues are attached to the concept of you, you understand that those
attachments are what actually keeps the false-self and ego alive. Coming
to understand and know this allows you to let them go and shed ego. By
letting go you are removing resistance. It is that attachment that has created
resistance between you connecting with your true essence and souls
purpose. You are not an idea of you. You are you, not your
thoughts; I am who I am.
What was pain and anguish can
become a source to be grateful for. All of our struggles are lessons for
us to be guided and teach us what we are here to learn. By looking in the
darkest areas of our self we enable us to shed the most light and become the
catalyst for deep everlasting change created by an internal shift.

LRB Chirp
CHIRP:
Be proud of who you are. You are an original and no'one can take that away....
Jealousy and envy will only bring you down. Try being happy for the one you think you envy. Think, "Good for you"... then think of all the wonderful things you are grateful for and send them your blessings of love! Your heart will soften and your day will feel lighter. You just gave away love instead of building some hate.
